Anja Melter

Anja Melter has over a decade of experience at MAHLE, currently serving as the Head of HR IT Systems since September 2009. Anja's expertise encompasses HRIS, SAP HCM, global HR processes, and reporting, with roles including HR Specialist in Global HR-IT, Personalreferentin HR Reporting & Prozesse, and Leitungsassistenz Konzernleitung. Anja has been involved in project management, migration projects, and implementing various SAP modules such as SAP OM and SAP PA, as well as Success Factors and Identity Management. Anja also completed a DHBW cooperative degree in Business Administration (BWL Industrie) from 2009 to 2012, which included a practical experience in controlling at MAHLE Powertrain Ltd. in the UK.
