Cesar Chavez

Cesar Chavez has over 15 years of work experience. Cesar started their career in 2007 as a Production Planner at Mahle, where they were responsible for scheduling and short-term planning. Cesar then became a Team Leader and Logistics Coordinator before taking on the role of Logistic - Planning Responsable, where they managed the supply chain and implemented Just in Time systems. Chavez later served as the SAP Module Owner and Process Owner for Production Planning in the MORE Project. Cesar is currently working as the Hub Lead Business EU at Mahle, overseeing the implementation and transformation phase of the MORE project. Prior to joining Mahle, Chavez worked as a General Foreman at Dana Holding Corporation.

Cesar Chavez obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Fermín Toro, graduating in 2004. Cesar also obtained various certifications in areas such as emotional intelligence, leadership styles, project management, agile methodologies, and self-confidence from LinkedIn, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2022.
