Krzysztof Janiga has extensive work experience in quality management, program management, and lean manufacturing. Krzysztof currently holds the position of Vice President Corporate Quality at MAHLE, where they are responsible for the product and process quality management across all MAHLE plants. Prior to this, they worked at ZF Group, where they held various roles including Global Director Program Management & Launch Quality, Managing Director, Global Quality Director, and Director Quality. Before joining ZF Group, Krzysztof worked as a Business Unit Manager at a manufacturing facility in Germany, where they were responsible for the production process of steel parts. Krzysztof also has experience in lean manufacturing and business excellence, serving as a Lean Promotion Manager and Lean Promotion Officer. Earlier in their career, Krzysztof worked as an Assistant and University Teacher at The Silesian University of Technology, where they taught CAD/CAM, robotics, and engineering. Krzysztof also worked as a Technician at the same university. Krzysztof has a strong background in quality management and process improvement, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Krzysztof Janiga completed the Executive LEAD Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2016. Prior to that, they attended The Silesian University of Technology from 1992 to 1997, although the field of study and degree obtained are not specified.
