Pedro Flores

Pedro Flores has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Manager and Head of Logistics Continuous Improvement and Business Process at MAHLE since August 2010. In this role, Pedro is responsible for establishing key metrics, analyzing processes against KPIs, and preparing the annual inventory and transportation budget. Previous positions at MAHLE include Senior Logistics Analyst, where Pedro supported crisis management and managed logistics for new acquisitions, and Senior Packaging Engineer, where significant savings were achieved through innovative packaging solutions. Prior to MAHLE, Pedro worked at Stabilus as a Customer Service Representative, planning production orders, and at Penske Logistics in Carrier Management. Pedro holds a degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
