Ralph Josephs

Ralph Josephs has extensive work experience in various finance and corporate roles. Ralph started their career in 1996 at UniCredit (HypoVereinsbank) in legal and corporates & markets roles. In 2003, they joined BMW AG in capital markets. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at MAN as the Head of Corporate Finance. Ralph then moved to MAN Finance International as the CEO / Interim-Geschäftsführer from 2010 to 2011. In 2018, Ralph joined TRATON GROUP as the Head of Group Finance and later became the Head of Group Treasury. Currently, since July 2020, they are the Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance at MAHLE.

Ralph Josephs completed their education from 1988 to 1996 at Universität Marburg und Regensburg, where they obtained a 2. Staatsexamen degree in Recht (law).
