Scott Winchip has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Scott currently holds the position of President of MAHLE Behr USA, Inc. and Vice President of Thermal Management NA. In this role, they have full P&L responsibility for a North American Thermal Management business unit with nine manufacturing locations and two R&D centers, employing over 7,000 associates.

Prior to their current position, Scott Winchip worked at Bosch USA for several years. Scott served as Regional President of the North American Chassis Systems Control Division, overseeing five business units and 17 product lines across six locations, with a total of 3,800 associates. Scott was responsible for various functional areas including engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance/controlling, quality, human resources, marketing/business development, and project management.

Additionally, Scott Winchip held the role of Regional President of the Starters and Generators Division at Bosch USA, where they had P&L responsibility for a $170 million business unit with 450 employees. Scott also served as the Business Unit Leader for the Starters and Generators Division and as the Director of Process and Organizational Improvement.

Scott Winchip has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Operations and International Business from the University of South Carolina, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996. Scott also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they completed from 1984 to 1986. Additionally, they have pursued executive education programs, including Implementing Industry 4.0: Leading Change in Manufacturing and Operations at the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021 and the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2010.
