Pat Sullivan is the President at MahlerClean. Pat has been with the company since March 2001 and has served as the Managing Director since April 2012. Pat is responsible for direct and daily operations to more than 170 service locations comprised of healthcare, financial, multi-tenant, industrial, and corporate office facilities. Pat's responsibilities also include client relations and retention, contract management, business development and market expansion, strategic planning, employee development, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.

Prior to their current role, Pat served as the Human Resources Manager at MahlerClean from June 2000 to March 2001. In this role, they provided leadership for the Human Resources team and 350 employees. Pat's responsibilities included recruiting, training and development, employee relations, policy administration, and worker's compensation and unemployment case management.

Pat began their career at MahlerClean as a Human Resources Generalist in June 1999. Pat held this role until June 2000 when they transitioned to a Human Resources Generalist role at Cornwell Staffing Services from January 1998 to June 1999.

Pat Sullivan has a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Pat also has a High School Diploma from Janesville Parker High School. Pat is certified as a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) from the Building Service Contractors Association International.
