Mila H.

Mila H. has a long and varied career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Mila began their career in 2009 as a Realtor for United Brokers. In 2016, they became a Human Resources Generalist for MakeSpace, where they built out HR, Finance, Customer Success, Claims, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams. Mila then moved to The Forum Group in 2018 as a Senior Recruiting Manager. In 2019, they worked for Ace Parking as a Talent Acquisition Manager, building relationships with workforce community leaders and universities and recruiting in California, Texas, and Nevada. Mila also worked for Brain Technologies, Inc. as a Human Resources Payroll Manager and People Operations Manager. Finally, in 2021, they became the Director of People Operations for Mahmee, an integrated benefits platform for maternal and infant health.

Mila H. attended San Francisco State University from 2004 to 2006, studying English Language and Literature/Letters. Mila then attended California State University - East Bay from 2007 to 2008, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Mila H. also holds certifications from TriNet and HRCI, including Workplace Safety and Health (2017), Professional in Human Resources - California (2021), Family and Medical Leave Act (2017), Preventing Discrimination and Harassment - for Employees and Managers (2017), and Anti-Harassment Policy Certification (2017).
