Ramon Germosen

Ramon Germosen is an experienced manager with a background in logistics, maintenance, and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Mahoney Environmental since December 2021, Ramon oversees waste oil pickups in Florida, coordinating driver routes to optimize operations. Previously, as Logistics Supervisor at Green Star Biodiesel, Ramon generated efficient daily routes and ensured effective communication with the team. Ramon's extensive experience includes roles such as Maintenance Supervisor at BThree and Fleet Maintenance Supervisor at Greyhound Lines, where Ramon developed maintenance policies and supervised personnel. With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Maryland, Ramon has also held positions with notable organizations such as NCR Corporation, the Hawaii State Department of Education, and the US Army, where Ramon focused on operational efficiency and safety.
