Kathleen Buchs

Kathleen Buchs, CPA, MT has over 13 years of experience in the field of tax services. Kathleen started their career as a Tax Consultant at Buzzacott in September 2014. Kathleen then worked as a Tax Supervisor at Sikich from January 2008 to August 2015. Following this, they joined Apple Growth Partners in September 2015 as a Tax Manager. Currently, they are employed at MAI Capital Management, where they held the position of Director of Tax Services from September 2017 to March 2023, and now serves as the Managing Director of Tax Services since March 2023.

Kathleen Buchs, CPA, MT completed their education with a BBA in Accounting from Kent State University in 2008. Kathleen later pursued a Master of Taxation degree from The University of Akron, graduating in 2010. Kathleen also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant, awarded by the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
