Dhrub Thakur is an accomplished legal and HR professional with over 14 years of experience as Vice President - Legal & HR at Maier+Vidorno, where Dhrub has incorporated more than 400 subsidiaries for clients from Europe, North America, and Asia, currently serving as Resident Director for 15 companies and assisting around 100 annually with legal and compliance issues.
