Steeve Lavoie

Steeve Lavoie has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Steeve is currently the President of Mailhot Industries and a Board Member of MEQ - Manufacturiers & Exportateurs du Québec and Cégep de Saint-Jérôme. Previously, they served as the Chairman of the Board and a Board Member of Aéro Montréal, a Board Member of Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC), and the President of Bell Flight. Steeve also held leadership positions in BOMBARDIER, including Vice President of Industrialization and Aerostructures, Senior Director of Industrialization, Aerostructures & Wiring, Director of Industrialization, Director of Mexico Electrical Harness Facility, and Manager of Project & Operational Strategy.

Steeve Lavoie has a diverse education history. Steeve obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Montréal in 2020 and holds a Certificate in Ethics & Conformity (CEC) from the same institution. Steeve also completed the Board Director Certificate (ASC / C.Dir) program at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés in 2021. In terms of specialized training, Steeve participated in the ESG Designation Program (GCB.D) at Competent Boards and studied Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategies at MIT Sloan Executive Education, both of which are expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, they are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Institute of Project Management since 2009. Earlier in their education, Steeve studied Aerospace at Polytechnique Montréal and Human Resources and Organization Management at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. Steeve has also obtained additional certifications, including the ESG Global Competent Boards Designation from Competent Boards and media training from Le Cabinet de relations publiques NATIONAL in 2021.
