Al Cerrone

Al Cerrone has over 15 years of experience in financial operations and budgeting within the healthcare industry. Al joined Maimonides Medical Center in August 2022 as the SVP of Financial Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Budget & Performance Analytics at The Brooklyn Hospital Center from December 2017 to August 2022. From February 2013 to December 2017, they held the position of VP of Budget & Decision Support at Kennedy Health. Before that, they worked as the AVP of Finance at Richmond University Medical Center from May 2009 to February 2013, and as the Director of Finance at Washington Hospital Center from January 2007 to May 2009.

Al Cerrone earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business from 1984 to 1988.
