Jumbe Phiri

Jumbe Phiri, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Maimonides Medical Center, overseeing various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Jumbe Phiri was the Director of Patient Transport at Crothall Healthcare and demonstrated effective leadership in aligning transport services with hospital needs. As a co-founder of both JPI Express LLC and Phiri Real Estate LLC, Jumbe Phiri led innovative logistic solutions and real estate investments in Southern Africa and the United States. Additional experience includes roles in operations and management at major organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Philips, and DaVita Inc. Jumbe Phiri holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University and has completed a Hospital Management Certification from Harvard University.
