Laura Delles

Laura Delles has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura is currently working as the Director, Human Resources at Main Line Health since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global Human Resources Manager at Radius Global Infrastructure from July 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Radius Global Infrastructure, Laura worked at American Water for a span of multiple years, holding various roles. Laura started as a Human Resources Specialist in May 2008 and then progressed to become a Human Resources Recruiter, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations. Laura later served as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting important operating functions such as IT, Security, Finance, and Supply Chain and Engineering. During their tenure, they successfully executed a comprehensive People Transformation initiative and played a key role in recruitment, assessment, development, and discipline of employees.

Laura also had the opportunity to work as an IT Program Coordinator at American Water, where they oversaw the company's Technology and Innovation operations and spearheaded the development and improvement of ITIL service management processes. Furthermore, they held the position of Principal Product Manager, where they served as the de facto CTO for the company's portfolio of 'Next Generation' technical solutions.

Earlier in their career, Laura also gained valuable experience working at Network Telephone as a Project Manager.

Overall, Laura Delles has demonstrated a strong track record of performance and expertise in various HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and strategic HR management.

Laura Delles, PHR has a Bachelor of Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University, obtained in 2015. Laura also holds additional certifications including the Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), obtained in 2015, and the SHRM-Certified Professional certification from SHRM, obtained in 2015. Laura is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, expected to be completed in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Digital Product Management / Leadership Micro Masters program from Boston University in 2020. In 2018, they obtained the ITIL Service Operation certification from Global Knowledge, along with several other ITIL and Agile certifications in 2017.
