Allison Jones

Allison Jones serves as the VMS Manager at Main Sail LLC since 2011, where responsibilities include managing the contingent labor program, supporting all stages of the staff augmentation life cycle, and administering the VMS application. Key tasks involve candidate screening, interview coordination, invoicing, and vendor management, along with providing training and support to client managers and vendors. Prior to Main Sail LLC, Allison worked as a Preschool Teacher at Ganon Gil from 2005 to 2009 and at ECEC from 2009 to 2011. Educated at Cleveland State University with a Master of Education in Educational Technology and The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Allison combines strong educational background with extensive operational management experience.
