Caroline Beeman

Caroline Beeman is an experienced industrial engineer currently serving at Norfolk Navy Shipyard under Main Sail, LLC since May 2024. Prior experience includes leading process and production initiatives at Gränges Americas Inc., where key achievements involved enhancing packing methods, standardizing specifications, and improving safety and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Caroline has also contributed significantly as a student engineer at the LSU Industrial Assessment Center, aiding U.S. manufacturers in energy savings and productivity improvements. Leadership roles included serving as President of the Society of Women Engineers, where Caroline organized events and facilitated member engagement, alongside time as a researcher in sustainable manufacturing at Wayne State University. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University, completed in 2021, with additional international studies in Dublin and London.
