Jack Eller, LSSBB, CASM, currently serves as a Senior Aviation Readiness Analyst at Main Sail, LLC, focusing on operations, manning, and logistics analysis for the HSM Lant community under the Booz Allen Hamilton Naval Aviation Enterprise contract. With over 22 years of experience in the US Navy, Jack Eller held roles including Director of Maintenance Operations, where oversight of the operational readiness of eight Boeing 707 aircraft was managed, and Quality Assurance & Logistics Manager, responsible for a $2.3M departmental budget and support for 14 MH-60R aircraft. Jack Eller began the career as an Engine Mechanic/Supervisor, excelling in maintenance operations and regulatory compliance. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management from Excelsior University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
