Joseph Bradley

Joseph Bradley serves as the Chief Scientist at Main Sail, LLC and as the Chief Governance Advisor at Project Blue, where Joseph explores the sustainment benefits of declarative GitOps software deployment models for Navy platforms. Additionally, Joseph Bradley is the President of Leading Change, LLC, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University, focusing on governance of complex systems and performance measurement system design. Previously, Joseph Bradley held roles such as Principal Research Scientist at the National Centers for System of Systems Engineering and Deputy Director for Maintenance and Requirements at COMSUBLANT. Joseph Bradley’s extensive career in the US Navy includes various roles as a Submariner and Engineering Duty Officer. Education includes a PhD in Engineering Management/Systems Engineering from Old Dominion University, an ME and MSME from the United States Naval Postgraduate School, and a BE in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
