Meghan Weaver

Meghan Weaver serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Main Street Health, responsible for managing Health Navigators in primary care clinics across New York State and overseeing team performance and operational key performance indicators. Previously, Meghan held the position of Director of Quality, Education & Clinical Regulatory Compliance at Rochester Regional Health, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a clinical quality and regulatory affairs program. Prior experience includes roles at UR Medicine Geriatrics Group as Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Operations Manager, focusing on communication and problem-solving in clinical settings. Meghan's early career includes nursing leadership positions at Highland Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital, along with experience as a Senior Director at BarkerGilmore LLC. Meghan holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Healthcare Organization Management and Leadership from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester School of Nursing.
