Victoria Morrow has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Victoria most recently worked as the Director of Training and Development at Main Street Health since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Academic Dean of Humanities at STEM Preparatory Academy from June 2019 to April 2022. Victoria also worked at Teach For America as a Nashville Summer Institute Secondary ELA Content Specialist and Professional Development Leader from April 2017 to July 2019. Additionally, they held various roles at KIPP Nashville, including Literature Department Chair and AP Language & Composition Teacher from July 2017 to June 2019, and Literature I Teacher and Instructional Coach from July 2015 to May 2017. Victoria worked briefly as a Culture Instructor at TNTP from April 2016 to June 2016. In the earlier stages of their career, they were an English I Teacher and Professional Learning Community Lead at Rocky River High School in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from July 2013 to July 2015. Victoria was also part of the Aspiring Leaders Program at the same school from June 2014 to June 2015. Furthermore, they worked at Arizona State University as a Residence Hall Association Hall President from May 2012 to May 2013, and as a Residence Hall Association Hall Programmer from May 2011 to May 2012. Other experiences include an Intern Teacher position at Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia from June 2012 to August 2012, and a PR Coordination Internship at Knoodle Public Relations from January 2010 to May 2010.
Victoria Morrow completed their education at various institutions. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Teaching. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education at Arizona State University.
In 2020, Victoria enrolled at the University of Iowa College of Education and completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Teaching, Leadership, and Cultural Competency in 2021.
