Previously, Eli served as a Senior Advisor at Retirement Planners of America from 2000 to January 2022 and worked as an Electrical Engineer at Texas Instruments from July 1985 to September 1989. Eli holds an MBA in Business from the University of North Texas (1986-1988) and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University (1983-1985).
