John Jacob Salzarulo

John Jacob Salzarulo is the Co-Founder & CEO at Hoist. Prior to Hoist, John was a Software Engineer at Whiz Tutor from January 2016 to January 2020. John was also the Co-Founder at Balanced Home from June 2015 to September 2016 and the Founder + Lead Developer at Better Development from March 2015 to January 2020. In addition, John was the Podcast Host at Iteration Podcast from January 2018 to February 2020.

John Jacob Salzarulo has a background in computer programming and web development from their time at General Assembly. John also has an AA in communication and general studies from College of the Canyons. Finally, they participated in a pre-accelerator program for entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies at Techstars Startup Next.
