Jessica Silva, CTRS, serves as the Inclusion Manager at the Maine-Niles Association of Special Recreation since June 2022, while also holding a position as a Kids Team Member at Life Time Inc. since December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Recreation Coordinator for the Special Recreation Association of Central Lake County from June 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed planning and managing camp programs, overseeing staff, developing marketing strategies, and engaging with client families. Prior roles include Recreation Specialist, Child Life Assistant, and various positions in child care and education settings. Jessica Silva earned a degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Iowa between 2013 and 2017.
