Shivangi Pande, Ph.D., currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the MaineHealth Institute for Research, focusing on a Department of Defense-funded project that examines the impact of anti-fibrinolytic agents on vascular integrity, while also engaging in community scientific outreach through the Bioscience Association of Maine. Previously, Shivangi was a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Maine, where the research centered on characterizing novel proinflammatory signaling pathways related to atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and facilitated inter-departmental collaborations for new investigative projects. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Trainee at Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre, a Graduate Trainee at Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, and a Graduate Intern at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.
