Brandy Kendall has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Brandy currently serves as the Director of Finance at MaineHealth, where they are responsible for managing the redesign of physician compensation models and implementing new software for physician compensation management. Previously, Brandy held the position of Director of Finance at InterMed, P.A., where they oversaw cash flow, treasury functions, and finance department staff. Brandy also proactively managed budgets and collaborated with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Brandy's experience includes serving as the CFO at InterMed, P.A., where they played a key role in setting organization-wide priorities and guiding decision-making processes. Brandy has a strong background in financial analysis and has implemented audit recommendations to improve internal controls and policies.
