Michele Clayton

Michele Clayton is a senior project leader, and certified PMP professional, with more than 15 years experience in leading any sized initiative to deliver high value results. She is recognized by her clients for a unique ability to manage complex deliverables and coordinate across silos. Unlike many project managers who simply tell you where you are, Michele enables projects and teams to anticipate and remediate problems before they occur.

Michele has extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) business processes and systems but is also well versed in managing software development projects, sales projects, and civil engineering activities.

Michele holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Penn State University. She completed a program in clinical trials design and management at the University of California, and also holds the most important industry-recognized certification for project management, the PMP credential.
