Ajayi Titilope (ACIPM)

Ajayi Titilope (ACIPM) currently serves as the Lead of Employee Development and Engagement at MainOne since July 2022, focusing on leadership development and training needs assessments. With extensive experience in human resources, Ajayi previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner for Learning & Development at Cornerstone Insurance Plc from September 2015 to September 2023, overseeing talent management and training strategies. Prior roles include Human Resources Analyst at Workforce Management Centre Ltd and Business Development Executive for Learning and Development at Brimass. Ajayi's foundation in the field was established during the National Youth Service Corps at Gani Fawehinmi Diagnostic Center and internships at the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority. Ajayi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Anatomy from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
