Andrei Pahozhau

Andrei Pahozhau is the Founder and CEO of Mainsoft LLC, a company established in February 2010 that specializes in comprehensive business software development services across various sectors, including finance, e-commerce, retail, e-learning, HR and recruiting, media and entertainment, sports and outdoors, and travel and hospitality. With a technology expertise in Java, JavaScript, and mobile development for iOS and Android, Andrei leads a team of over 50 skilled developers. Prior to Mainsoft LLC, Andrei served as Team Leader and Software Engineer at Soft-Navigator from December 2007 to January 2010, where responsibilities included mentoring engineers, code reviews, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Andrei holds an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Warsaw University of Technology, earned between 1994 and 1999.
