Jonathan W. Solomon, Ph.D., serves as the Manager of Expert Services at Mainstay, providing strategic leadership for a professional services team while managing client relationships and project coordination. In previous roles, Solomon has excelled as a Partner Success Manager, overseeing college and university accounts focused on student success, and as an Educational Consultant, promoting inclusive practices and significantly increasing enrollment and retention rates at HBCUs. As the Founder and CEO of Strategize With Solomon, LLC, Solomon leads an educational consulting firm committed to equity and liberation in education. With extensive experience in higher education administration, including leadership roles at Washington University in St. Louis and Oklahoma Baptist University, Solomon holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Indiana State University, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and Langston University, respectively.
