Shannon Gibbs has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, with roles at various banks such as Patriot National Bank, Crestar Bank, Alliance Bank, WashingtonFirst Bank, and MainStreet Bank. Their roles have included Loan Operations, Loan Closing Specialist, VP Loan Operations, and VP Portfolio Manager. Shannon has managed construction loan operations, commercial loan closing, loan servicing departments, and has extensive experience in regulatory and internal reporting. Shannon has also been involved in hiring and training new employees throughout their career.

Shannon Gibbs completed a Legal Secretarial degree at Washington Business School in 1992 and later pursued a field of study in Banking at the American Institute of Banking from 2007 to 2009.
