Riccardo Guglielmetti

Riccardo Guglielmetti has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Riccardo started their career as a Bond Salesperson at IMI Capital Markets, where they traded Eurobonds and advised international clients. Riccardo then worked as a Consultant at Monitor Company, conducting industry analyses and playing a key role in the start-up of the Madrid office. Following this, they joined Oliver Wyman as a Consultant before moving on to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as the Director of US and Latin America Equity Capital Markets, where they helped clients raise over $30 billion in equity. Riccardo later became CFO and then CEO at Wall Street Italia, significantly increasing revenues and improving cost management. Guglielmetti then joined Santander as a Managing Director, overseeing the bank's coverage efforts for large Italian companies in Europe and Latin America, ultimately increasing CIB Italian revenues. Currently, they are working as the Head of the Office of the CEO at MAIRE, responsible for daily operations, coordination between different Group Functions, and the execution of special projects. Riccardo also served as the Head of Investor Relations and Head of Group Finance at MAIRE, successfully completing a capital increase and negotiating significant credit and bonding lines.

Riccardo Guglielmetti completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Università Bocconi in the years 1984 to 1988. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School during the period 1991 to 1993. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a US Commercial Pilot License from the FAA in 2002.
