Sisi Pan

Sisi Pan currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Maisha Meds, a leading digital network in Africa that enhances access to quality healthcare while collecting crucial last-mile data. Prior to this role, Sisi Pan served as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group from August 2016 to August 2023, focusing on global health and development. Additionally, Sisi Pan has experience in health tech startups, including Flare Emergency Response and GuavaPass, where contributions included strategy, customer success, and business development. Earlier roles included advising the Ministry of Health of eSwatini on malaria elimination at the Clinton Health Access Initiative and consulting on biotech portfolio strategy at Putnam Associates. Sisi Pan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Human Evolutionary Biology and East Asian Studies from Harvard University.
