Bruno Roulier

Bruno Roulier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fashion and restaurant industries. Currently the Proprietor and Manager at Esquisito Restaurant et Traiteur Italien since November 2022, Bruno also serves as Entrepreneur and Associate Manager at Maison Landemaine since March 2017. Prior to these roles, Bruno was the COO at LEOCA "Maison de Couture pour Enfants," where brand-building efforts were accompanied alongside the founder and an international development strategy was formalized. Bruno's significant experience includes serving as Accessories Business Unit Director at Sonia Rykiel, managing a team of 40, and as Brands Director at Le Tanneur & Cie, where product development teams were led and market analyzes conducted. Earlier roles involved managing product development and sales teams for various luxury brands. Bruno holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School and an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund.
