Belotti Loic has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Responsable de site at R&O, Seafood Gastronomy since August 2011. Prior to this role, Belotti held the position of second de cuisine at Dolce Fregate Provence from February 2007 to August 2011 and at Sahb Paul Ricard from March 2005 to February 2007. Education was completed at CFA Adolphe Chauvin, where Belotti earned a BEP/CAP/BP in cuisine between 1996 and 2000.
