Alok Agrawal

Alok Agrawal has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Alok started their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd in 2002, where they worked as a Technology Lead on various projects for US clients in the healthcare and general insurance sectors. Alok also served as a Business Analyst on the Order Management System project at Frito-Lay (Pepsico).

In 2010, Alok joined Mphasis as a Business Analyst, where they gained extensive hands-on experience in ICD-10 and developed a POC on the Blue Button Plus mobile application. Alok later advanced to the role of Senior Business Analyst, where they continued to contribute to the company's projects until 2016.

Since 2016, Alok has been working at Majesco, where they have held multiple roles. Alok started as an Associate Business Consultant and worked on Gap analysis for a Life Insurance Policy Admin System implementation. Alok then progressed to the position of Business Consultant and led client workshops for Gap analysis in the implementation of Metlife's Policy system for small groups. Most recently, Alok served as a Principal Solutions Consultant, responsible for spearheading demos and POCs of Majesco Policy Admin system to clients/analysts, preparing demo scenarios, and responding to RFI/RFPs.

Alok Agrawal completed a Senior Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute from 1998 to 2002. Alok also has a Secondary School Certificate from Mt Carmel School, Akola. Alok has additional certifications including LOMA 281 from LOMA in 2016, Certificate for Statistics for Business - I from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 2015, and INS21 & INS22 from AICPCU in 2009.
