Badri Mallikarjunan

Badri Mallikarjunan has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Their most recent role was as the SVP & GM of the Digital1st business unit at Majesco, where they were responsible for the P&L of the LC/NC product line in the insurance vertical. Prior to that, they held various roles at Majesco, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Solutions and Vice President of Strategy and Solutions.

Before joining Majesco, Badri worked at 3i Infotech Ltd. as a Project Manager, where they led the implementation of an insurance management system in the US Property & Casualty market. Badri also served as a Senior Analyst in Presales, where they were responsible for configuration and consulting.

Badri's earlier experience includes working at ICICI Lombard as a Product Manager in the Health & Personal Accident division. Badri collaborated with the sales team to develop new products and variants and managed compliance and regulatory matters. Badri also worked at Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited as a Relationship Officer, where they focused on relationship management and new product development.

Throughout their career, Badri has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of the insurance industry, including presales, strategy and solutions, project management, and product development. Badri has a strong understanding of the P&C lifecycle and system components across policy, billing, claims, and analytics.

Badri Mallikarjunan received a Certificate in Leadership Principles in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School in 2020. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they attended the Alagappa Institute of Management at Alagappa University, focusing their studies on Finance and Systems. In 2021, they also obtained certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
