Sheila Chaiban

Sheila Chaiban is the Chief Marketing Officer at Majid Al Futtaim Retail.

Bringing 22 years of experience building global brands, she drives Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s customer-centric agenda, strengthening brand awareness, equity and loyalty using an insight and data-driven approach.

Prior to joining Majid Al Futtaim Retail, Sheila was CEO of One Ocean Beauty, where she led the opening of their first brick & mortar presence, drove direct to consumer sales online and successfully secured VC funding. In her previous role of Global VP for Max Factor and Astor at Coty Global CHQ, she managed strategy, positioning, innovation, communications, digital transformation and expansion plans and successfully reversed a five-year brand downturn and drove growth in China. Sheila also spent 13 years with Reckitt Benckiser holding various brand and marketing roles across multiple categories and geographies.

Sheila holds BSc in Economics & Management from the Royal Holloway University of London.
