Puspita Wikanandha Putri is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People Culture Manager at majoo Indonesia since October 2019. Puspita has led various units focused on culture, engagement, and communication, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition & Culture Manager and People Development & Culture, where Puspita successfully developed recruitment strategies and organizational culture initiatives. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition, Puspita previously worked as a Business Partner and Recruiter across multiple companies, including self-employment and consulting roles. Puspita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from FEB UGM and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Brawijaya.
