Jillian is currently a Professional Pickleball Player at Major League Pickleball and previously served as the Chief of Staff at the same company. Prior to their role in pickleball, they owned JCB Consulting, where they specialized in consulting services for sports and technology companies with a focus on pickleball. Jillian also served as the Chief Executive Officer at DUPR, a global rating system for pickleball players. Before that, they worked as the Head of Commercial at Universal Tennis, where they were responsible for the company's revenue and led a team of account managers and salespeople in the B2B sector. Jillian also has experience as the CEO & Founder of SKILLZZ, a platform that helps people find employment, and as a Startup Strategist at Rootstrap, where they assisted Fortune 100 companies and startups in developing digital solutions. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Business Development Manager at MARINERS ESCROW CORPORATION, Business Development at The Cohen Group in Lee and Associates, and SAG Actress and Model at Sports + Lifestyle Unlimited. Jillian began their career as an Advertising Intern at Hayes Martin Associates.
