Arthi Cobb

A Managing Director in the In-House Counsel group, Arthi Cobb specializes in placing senior lawyers and compliance professionals into legal teams across a variety of sectors throughout EMEA with a particular strong background of placements within the life sciences, FMCG and technology sectors. She works to identify top talent to fill a range of in-house positions from mid-level to general counsel, partnering with her colleagues globally to make the best professional and cultural matches.

Arthi joined Major, Lindsey & Africa after nearly a decade of working as a search and recruitment professional for two other international search firms. In those roles, she successfully contributed to the growth and placement of in-house legal teams and in particular a major technology multinational where she successfully placed 16 lawyers into one legal department over the span of a year. Arthi is known to receive repeat work from her clients due to her style, approach and successful outcome when supporting client mandates. She places a huge emphasis on delivering a diverse slate of candidates for clients consideration, and adopts a methodical retained search process for every mandate she undertakes. Arthi is also very interested in assessment work, and has recently become an Accredited Hogan Assessment Facilitator, an additional value add service she is able to offer clients.
