Chad Marlow

As Executive Director for the In-House Counsel Recruiting, Chad Marlow oversees business development, client delivery and recruiter leadership for the West region. He consults with corporate legal departments throughout the West while overseeing and providing leadership to a talented team of business development and recruiting professionals.

Prior to his current role, Chad was responsible for building MLA’s Interim Legal Talent business in the West region, a team that provides legal staffing services and managed legal services for law firms and corporate legal departments.

While earning his bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University, Chad played baseball. He is an avid supporter of youth athletics and an active member of his church. Chad lives in Southern California with his wife, son and their two golden retrievers, Bogey and Teddy. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, golfing and spending time with friends and family.
