Erica Hayward is a Managing Director and Practice Lead – Candidate Development in the Los Angeles office. In her role, Erica serves as a coach, mentor and leader to other recruiters throughout the Northwest. She works with the recruiters to help them grow in their roles and support their candidates to the best of their abilities. Erica also assists attorneys and other legal professionals with finding interim, project-based and temp-to-perm roles within law firms and corporations and supporting them in achieving their long-term career path goals.
Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Erica was director of recruiting for RGP, a global consulting company. In her role, she was responsible for talent acquisition of active and passive candidates on a national basis in the Legal & Regulatory and Human Capital consulting practices, as well as acquisition of candidates in connection with permanent legal and human capital roles.
Before moving into recruiting, Erica was an attorney at Eisner Jaffe Gorry Chapman & Ross, focusing on clients in corporate, real estate and entertainment litigation matters, and Fujitsu America, an IT services and technology company. She started her legal career as an associate at Gorry Meyer & Rudd.
