Kathryn Martin

A Managing Director with Interim Legal Talent, Kathryn Martin specializes in recruiting top legal talent for a broad range of interim, project-based and permanent placements. She shifted her focus to legal recruiting and talent management after practicing law for over eight years.

Kathryn began her legal career as an associate with D’Ambrosio Brown LLP, a full-service law firm based in Boston. There she focused on tax title, municipal law, real estate and property tax matters. Kathryn also managed junior associates and legal staff, participated in interviewing and hiring process for new attorneys, and assisted partners with assessing staffing needs.
