Lina Guo

Lina Guo is a Managing Director in the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. She helps organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies build top-flight legal teams. Lina has experience placing in-house counsel across all levels, with a focus on general counsel and senior level attorney searches.

Lina works with many repeat clients across a variety of industries and sectors, including technology and life sciences. Lina prides herself on the deep relationships that she develops with both clients and candidates. She enjoys getting to know them and seeing the impact that she has helped make on the growth of legal teams and careers over time. Lina is also passionate about DEI initiatives and works towards increasing diversity within the legal profession.

Lina began her legal recruiting career at a law firm in Chicago, where she provided support for the firm’s associate recruitment efforts and professional development programs. Lina then moved to San Francisco, where she worked at a legal search firm before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa.
