Nina Houston, a Managing Director and Practice Lead – Candidate Development for the Interim Legal Talent team, is a coach, mentor and leader, helping the recruiters throughout the Southeast grow in their roles and support their candidates to the best of their abilities. She also assists attorneys and other legal professionals with finding interim, project-based and temp-to-perm roles within law firms and corporations.
Nina began her recruiting career in 2011 focused on the public education and healthcare sector. Before joining MLA, she led diversity and emerging talent projects and recruitment strategy at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. By 2019, she relocated to Atlanta to support the implementation of a new recruitment division of Aveanna Healthcare. In that role, she worked with hiring managers on defining value propositions, performing behavior-based interviews, and implementing strategic sourcing tactics to attract high-quality talent on the east coast.
