Adam Jones FIRP DipRP has over two decades of experience in technical recruitment, currently serving as the Technical Recruitment Manager at Major Recruitment since February 2021, where efforts focus on expanding a Technical Recruitment Division. Previously, Adam held the position of Head of Technical at CDS Recruitment Ltd from February 2014 to February 2021, leading a successful recruitment function throughout the UK. Adam's earlier roles include Principal Consultant at Kinetic Search and Selection and Kinetic plc, as well as Divisional Manager at NRL, where management of divisions specialized in engineering and technical placements. Adam began a career in recruitment with positions at LMR Recruitment and Matchtech Group plc, complemented by a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Nottingham.
