Kendra O'Brien

Kendra O'Brien is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Major Tool & Machine, Inc. since November 1994. In this role, Kendra manages the Human Resource function and oversees an in-house training facility dedicated to the development of machinists and welders. Prior to this, Kendra held the position of Human Resource Manager at Fairfield Manufacturing from 1989 to 1994. Kendra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1989.
