Kim Davison

Kim Davison has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Benefits Manager at Major Tool & Machine since October 2007, overseeing health and welfare and retirement benefits for over 400 employees, while also contributing to various HR functions. Prior to this role, Kim spent 14 years at Tribune Media, where responsibilities included human resources management at WXIN/WTTV, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, as well as serving as a Senior Benefits Representative, supporting benefits administration for over 15,000 employees nationwide. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis, earned between 2007 and 2011.
