Nolan Preston has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nolan started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006, working as an Assurance Senior Associate until 2010. During this time, they gained expertise in financial due diligence, focusing on areas such as earnings quality, cash flows, and risk management. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Director of Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they continued to provide advisory services to financial and strategic buyers. In 2016, Nolan joined Majority Strategies as the Director of Finance, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold. Nolan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas, certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Furthermore, Nolan is also a Level 3 Candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation, which they are pursuing through the CFA Institute.
