Nolan Preston

Nolan Preston has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nolan started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006, working as an Assurance Senior Associate until 2010. During this time, they gained expertise in financial due diligence, focusing on areas such as earnings quality, cash flows, and risk management. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Director of Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they continued to provide advisory services to financial and strategic buyers. In 2016, Nolan joined Majority Strategies as the Director of Finance, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold. Overall, Nolan's work experience reflects their strong background in finance, accounting, and due diligence.

Nolan Preston has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. Nolan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, and Economics from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's in Professional Accounting (MPA) degree with a specialization in Accounting at The University of Texas at Austin, completing it in 2006. Additionally, Nolan has pursued additional certifications to further enhance their qualifications. Nolan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas, certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Furthermore, Nolan is also a Level 3 Candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation, which they are pursuing through the CFA Institute.
